You can download our F2 and F3 selection datasets. These data files are free of all copyright restrictions and made fully and freely available for non-commercial purposes. If you use these data and/or results in your publication, please cite our papers listed on the front page.

For each 3bp target and finger position (F2 or F3), a text file contains the set of sequences selected to bind that target, along with the logged and normalized frequency with which each such helix was observed in the filtered sequencing data. These sequnces are specified by the amino acids occupying -1, 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 positions in corresponding ZF domain.
